After creating interactive screens in the eBay corporate space alongside Float4, the team responsible for the project has requested a new method of interaction for visitors.
By opting for the use of visitors' smartphones, we were able to achieve the objectives:
- Great precision in the selection of filters and categories
- The added comfort and hygiene of using your own device
- Simple connection
- An imperceptible delay for the visitor
To take control of the interactive wall, the visitor scans a QR code. A browser then opens to an address that contains a temporary authentication code and, once the code is validated, redirects to the user interface. In a few seconds, the user takes control of the project, smoothly and without technical knowledge!
To make it all possible, a WebSocket connection allows real-time interaction and relaying with data to the interactive wall.
