Empress of Ireland Exhibit

LM Tremblay

Development of six interactive screens highlighting important themes surrounding the tragedy of the Empress of Ireland which appended near Pointe-au-Père in 1914. Ranging from “Life on board the ship” to “Recovery letters”, the interactive screens integrate and complete the visitor's adventure.

This project is part of the new permanent installation of the Pointe-au-Père Maritime Historic Site (Rimouski) created by Laurent-Michel Tremblay.

Simple, but very effective: the content is highlighted and the experience is simple and accessible for everyone. The navigation is intuitive and allows the content to take all the space it deserves.

Use of web-based technologies: HTML5, Javascript and NWJS.
